If "Invaild OTP" appears repeatedly when enter the OTP, please check the followings.
1. Make sure you have entered the correct OTP.
2. An OTP generates a new OTP every 30 seconds, so please type a newly created OTP.
3. Please check your date and time in settings on your phone. Depending your settings, your OTP password can be different.
If the issue still persists, please visit at https://support.nexybit.com along with your backup key information, Nexybit ID, and email address you provided. We only need the first 3 digits and the last 3 digits of your backup key to verify.
