If "Invalid OTP" appears repeatedly when entering the OTP, please check the followings.
1. Make sure you have entered the correct OTP (Case-sensitive).
2. A new OTP is generated every 30 seconds, so please type the newly created OTP.
3. Please check your date and time in settings on your phone. Depending on your settings, your OTP can be different.
If the issue still persists, please leave a ticket here or send an email to email@example.com along with your backup key information, Nexybit ID, and email address you provided. We only need the first 3 digits and the last 3 digits of your backup key to verify.
